We contributed in the development of the high level milestones planning making sure that the event will meet the high standard. We provided the strategic direction to the department, including the development of the following key documents: high level milestones road map, dot plan concept and development for the entire Expo site, helped head of department to integrate with local state security agencies, developed methodology and the approach for search and screening operations. We put the baseline, that will help to achieve remarkable results by the team, that will work on the ground during the operation phase.

Participating in the development of the methodology of the integration of the Olympic/Paralympic Venues Operations, as well as establishing spectator services operations in Russia;
Development and implementation of the planning and operational documentation for Olympic/Paralympic Venues and spectator services, including crowd management planning.
During the FIFA Football World Cups in Qatar 2022 and Russia 2018, we had the unique opportunity to enhance the overall experience for fans and stakeholders. In this role, we not only prioritized safety and security, but also played a vital part in creating a memorable and engaging event by raising spectators/experience and security customer service approach.
With eight (2022) and twelve (2018) stadiums under our coordination, we centralized various security and spectators’ services activities ensuring that security measures were seamlessly integrated into the entire security framework and created festive spectator’s journey. An essential part of our role involved planning and integrating with external and internal stakeholders. We worked closely with different departments, local authorities and FIFA to ensure that security measures were aligned with their objectives and expectations. Our experience of the Stadiums Security and Spectator Services operations for the FIFA World Cup in Russia 2018 and Qatar 2022 gave us a deep understanding of the importance of the collaboration between security, event management and customer experience.
We played a vital role in coordinating and leading Russian pavilion operations. Our primary objective was to ensure seamless operations and deliver an exceptional experience for all stakeholders involved. In this role, we contributed to the operational readiness and delivery of the Russian Pavilion. Collaborating with various functions, departments, and external partners, we refined and integrated operational plans and procedures for the pavilion. Our dedication and expertise in coordinating and leading the Russian Pavilion operations allowed us to create a memorable and outstanding experience for all visitors, leaving a lasting impact on their Expo journey.
